Stevenson School is seeking a Director of Engineering and Applied Science to start

July 2025. Reporting to the Head of the Upper Division, the Director of Engineering and Applied Science (DEAS) will help lead the development of engineering and applied science programming in the state-of-the-art math, science and engineering center (MSEC) which is on track to open for the start of the 2026-27 school year. MSEC will showcase Stevenson School’s commitment to an integrated science and math education and unlock exciting learning opportunities that cultivate students’ creative spirits. Among other planned spaces, a fully-equipped engineering, design, and fabrication workshop will bring robotics and engineering to the heart of our campus.

The DEAS will work in close collaboration with the head of the upper division, school president, architects, project managers, and advancement team to guide both the final stages of construction and the opening of an educational space that will solidify Stevenson’s position as a leader and model in STEM education.
